Lead Management
Organized lead intake, ownership, prioritization, and next-step tracking across your active pipeline.
Leasio · Remote leasing & property-management support
Leasio brings consistent follow-up, organized leasing operations, and hands-on support to multifamily owners and property teams—without adding another full-time seat.
It is what happens between the inquiry and the signed lease.
When responses are delayed, tours go unconfirmed, or no-shows never hear back, viable prospects quietly disappear. Leasio adds consistent attention at every stage—so your onsite team can stay focused without letting the pipeline stall.
Choose focused help or a broader operating rhythm. Every engagement is built around the actual gaps in your leasing process.
Organized lead intake, ownership, prioritization, and next-step tracking across your active pipeline.
Timely, professional outreach that keeps qualified renters engaged and moving toward a decision.
Clear scheduling, advance confirmations, and clean handoffs to the team conducting the tour.
Thoughtful re-engagement after a missed tour to reopen the conversation and secure a new time.
Consistent check-ins on incomplete applications and outstanding next steps, within your process.
Review and refinement of listing copy, positioning, accuracy, and renter-facing calls to action.
Practical support keeping available homes visible, current, and clearly presented to the market.
Well-timed resident outreach that supports word-of-mouth leasing and your approved offer structure.
A concise view of activity, open opportunities, recurring friction, and recommended next actions.
No unnecessary overhaul. Leasio identifies the friction, defines the right support, and builds a dependable cadence around your team.
We review your listings, response process, follow-up rhythm, scheduling flow, and open pipeline to see exactly where opportunities are slowing down.
You receive a practical support plan: what to address first, who owns each step, what should be measured, and where remote assistance will create the most leverage.
We put the plan into motion with defined deliverables, communication standards, reporting, and a consistent operating rhythm that complements your onsite team.
Defined monthly scopes keep expectations clear. If your portfolio or lead volume falls outside these ranges, we can discuss a tailored plan.
For one community with up to 40 active leads per month.
For up to two communities and 100 active leads per month.
For up to three communities and 200 active leads per month.
Scope is finalized before work begins. Advertising spend, onsite tours, application approvals, and after-hours live coverage are not included.
Leasio grew from Jacob Aretz’s hands-on experience in multifamily property management and apartment leasing. Working inside the day-to-day reality of leasing made one challenge impossible to ignore: properties invest heavily to generate interest, yet promising renters can still fall away when busy teams do not have the time or structure to follow through consistently.
That is why Leasio is centered on the work between the first inquiry and the signed lease—lead management, timely outreach, tour coordination, application follow-up, vacancy marketing, and clear leasing reporting.
Our mission at Leasio is to protect every opportunity a property works hard to create—giving each prospect a clear path forward and every property team the dependable support to keep momentum moving.
We are here to strengthen onsite teams, not replace them. By bringing consistency, care, accountability, and organized follow-through to the leasing process, we help owners and managers create a more responsive prospect experience, reduce avoidable gaps, and focus their attention where it matters most: their properties, residents, and decisions.
We started this company because great leasing is not built on one message or one tour. It is built on trust, disciplined follow-up, and the belief that every lead deserves a thoughtful next step.
Get a focused review from Leasio of the touchpoints that shape conversion—from first impression to application follow-through. You’ll leave with a clearer view of what needs attention and what to do next.
Your audit evaluates:
The service is designed to fit into an existing operation—not force your property to work around a generic system.
Landlords, multifamily owners, apartment communities, and smaller property-management companies that need more consistency in lead handling and leasing follow-through.
We agree on access, responsibilities, communication standards, and reporting. Leasio then manages the defined remote tasks inside your existing workflow while your onsite team handles property access, in-person tours, and local decisions.
Support can work for a single property or a small portfolio. The right fit depends less on unit count than on active lead volume, community count, and the exact tasks you want covered.
Yes. The goal is to reduce dropped handoffs and repetitive follow-up—not replace onsite expertise. Responsibilities are documented so prospects receive a coordinated experience.
Where appropriate and approved, support can be structured around your current CRM, property-management platform, email, calendar, and reporting workflow. Access needs are reviewed before the engagement begins.
Each package lists a baseline scope and lead-volume range. We confirm exact deliverables before kickoff. Onsite work, ad spend, leasing decisions, and tasks outside the agreed scope are separate.
Start with a consultation or free leasing audit. We will identify the biggest gaps, confirm fit, agree on scope, and create a clean handoff plan before any work begins.
Monthly services can be ended with 30 days’ written notice unless a different term is agreed in your service agreement. Any final handoff and access removal are coordinated at closeout.
